2.1. Data you provide during registration/sign-in
- email address;
- name (display name);
- password (stored in encrypted form);
- technical email verification data.
2.2. Sign-in via Google
- verified email address;
- profile name.
2.3. Sign-in via GitHub
- verified primary email address;
- profile name/login.
2.4. Sign-in/linking via Telegram
- Telegram ID;
- username;
- first name/last name (if provided by Telegram);
- profile photo URL (if provided by Telegram);
- technical Telegram authentication verification data.
2.5. Profile and account feature data
- name;
- email verification status;
- authorisation provider (email/google/github/telegram);
- Telegram subscription status for managing access roles;
- bookmarks (list of material IDs added to bookmarks).
3. Why we process data
- registration, sign-in, and account maintenance;
- email verification;
- operation of social sign-in (Google/GitHub/Telegram);
- management of subscription-based content access;
- storage of your settings (language, theme, cookie consent);
- website usage analytics (only with consent to analytical cookies).
4. Cookies and local storage
4.1. Necessary
- standard WordPress authentication/session cookies;
- language cookie (up to 365 days);
- technical security/session cookies.
4.2. Analytical (optional)
- Google Analytics runs only after your consent;
- consent status is stored for up to 183 days;
- by default, analytics is disabled until you give consent.
5. What is not used
- Public comments on the website are not currently an active feature.
- Public uploading of media files by users via the frontend is not currently an active feature.
6. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:- Google (OAuth, GA4);
- GitHub (OAuth);
- Telegram (for verification of subscription to the @AndriiAI channel).
7. International data transfers
Due to the use of Google, GitHub, and Telegram, data may be transferred outside Ukraine/the EEA. We apply technical and organisational measures to minimise the risks of such transfers.8. Your rights
You have the rights provided for under applicable personal data protection law, including the right to:- know exactly what data about you is being processed;
- access your data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data (where grounds exist);
- withdraw consent to analytical cookies;
- lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
9. Automated decision-making
The system may automatically change your access role (for example,Registered/Subscriber) depending on confirmation of your Telegram subscription. If you believe the result is incorrect, please contact us using the details above.
